Too much Pau tonight, onto Portland tomorrow

by

Nov 19

Too much Pau Gasol for the Bulls. A 34 point night for Gasol who camped out on the left block all night. He had 18 at the end of the first quarter. The Bulls made a few runs but turnovers (22) did them in.

Derrick Rose was sensational… again. He is so strong finishing near the rim and it’s fantastic to watch on a regular basis.

Portland is up next, tonight (Wednesday) at 9PM with the pre-game on the Bulls network.

The Blazers lost to Anthony Morrow—yes THAT Anthony Morrow and the Warriors but Greg Oden is maing his presence felt—22  and 10.

Listen to my recap below:

Quick hits:

D-Wade playing on one leg still found a way to lead Miami past the 1-7 Wizards.

Memphis scored 109 points on the Kings which should tell you something about Sac.

The Knicks lost to Boston but former DePaul Blue Demon Wilson Chandler is playing very well for NY.

Dirk has got the mojo back. 32 points as the Mavs slapped the Bobcats by 17.

The honeymoon is over for the Hawks. Atlanta lost its fourth straight as Indiana lit them up for 113 points.

Chris Bosh with a 40 point-18 rebound night in Orlando–Raps win, right? Nope. Orlando gets it done.

The Cavs have won 8 straight… LeBron went over 11-thousand points . Crazy he just STARTED his 6th season.

All the best—got to catch a plane to Oregon. Always a pleasure.

Chuck
