Bulls scoreboard watching as Pistons beat Charlotte; Knicks at UC Tuesday

The Pistons had just enough left in the tank to edge the Bobcats at the Palace Sunday night as Will Bynum (Crane) was the difference maker scoring a career high 32 points (26 in the 4th quarter, a franchise record) as the Pistons and Bulls post identical 37-40 records with five games remaining. Both teams next opponent is the Knicks. The Bulls get them at the United Center Tuesday night, the Knicks host Detroit the following night. NY derailed Toronto’s faint hopes for a playoff spot eliminating the Raps with a road win at the Air Canada Centre.

The Bulls have beaten Detroit twice in Chicago and lost in Detroit earlier the season. They meet again on April 13th in Detroit. Both teams are 8-7 in divisional play. The Pistons have a better Conference mark.

The Bobcats are in serious trouble of making the playoffs.

The Cavs now 37-1 at home after ripping the Spurs. LeBron will win MVP-book it.

Nice defense guys—Dallas 140 Suns 116!

I like North Carolina by 12 over Michigan State.

Always a pleasure. cswirsky@bulls.com
