Bulls arrive in Vegas for NBA Summer League

The Bulls have arrived in Las Vegas for NBA Summer League action, participating in a team shootaround on Monday with a scrimmage against the Cleveland Cavaliers set for the evening.
Pete Myers, the team’s longtime Assistant Coach who earned roster spots himself via summer league action during his playing career, is serving as the team’s Head Coach in Las Vegas.
Myers talked with Chuck Swirsky on Monday to discuss his coaching philosophy, preparing his players for Coach Tom Thibodeau’s arrival on Wednesday, and his expectations for James Johnson.

Swirsky also caught up with Johnson, a 6-9 forward entering his second professional season. The Wake Forest product talked about dropping down to 235 pounds since the season ended and what he is focused on during his summer training sessions.
