The Bulls need a super Tuesday perhaps as much as Bernie Sanders and Marco Rubio.
They may have about as much chance the way things have primarily gone for the Bulls in this NBA season.
“The big thing, hopefully, is getting our guys back, and if we do that, it’s going out there and…,” paused Bulls coach Fred Hoiberg Monday …

We hear so often in sports and business and life about the rewards of hard work, that if you give the effort and commit to success it’s there for you. But often the reality of talent interferes. Sometimes no matter how hard you try and how much you care and crave success and commit to it, it can elude you …

Bulls coach Fred Hoiberg Friday seemed pondering among disappointed, disgusted and dismayed over the Bulls mostly passionless and relatively uncompetitive 103-88 loss to the Atlanta Hawks.
The adjectives were about the only “D” that seemed to define a Bulls team that trailed since the opening minutes of the game.

Not that McDermott should routinely score 30 points, which was his career high, including 14 in the fourth quarter when the Raptors narrowed a 12-point fourth quarter Bulls lead to 12. Oh, oh. Not another late …

Plutarch said the true measure of a man is how he bears up under misfortune.
Taj said the bandwagon is empty now, the odds are against you. You have to rally with your brothers because they are all you have. Those are the guys to roll with.
Only one of those great philosopher/observers was talking about the Chicago Bulls after …

Look, the Bulls fired Jerry Sloan, after all.
And so probably ends the Bulls career of Kirk Hinrich, as close as any ever have been to the original Mr. Bull, the personification in many ways of what the Bulls represent, from the snort of the mascot to the floor burn.
Kirk Hinrich may not be remembered as the greatest Bulls …

It appears Pau Gasol will remain with the Bulls.
Unless he doesn’t.
“There are really no guarantees in this business,” Gasol offered with some insouciance Thursday following Bulls morning practice and hours before the NBA trading deadline. “It is a business at the end of the day, particularly when a team is struggling and things are not going the way …
